Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command: if a player is constantly rule breaking and has over 10 recent warnings i think it would be appropriate to ban them for a day so they can reflect on what they have done and learn the rules and after that if they continue to rule break they should get a week band

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hi, i see you have appealed your ban and i can tell that you are sorry and i believe you are sincere; but hacking is not prohibited on this server and will not be tolerated i am afraid. You should check the rules before deciding to check i'm afraid this appeal is denied!

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):.
When i was admin a couple of months ago i put hours of dedication towards the servers and was one of the most dedicated staff member over my 5 months of staff and believe i can help the server, i have since every since January that if ttt added a second server i would spend all my time on it and recently after returning to TTT i realise how much of a state the current staff team is, staff are more worried about playing then doing their job and i believe i can turn the server around because the amount of mic spam and rule breaking on the server is frankly disgustin. i am a trusted member of the community with my old mod role on surf and my role of admin on deathrun and my previous role as admin. i know that other player will be sceptical by the fact that i was demoted for my lack of playtime but many lead team members have suggested my reapplying and i will devote more than 4 hours every week. Overall i believe that i am an experienced staff member and with the addition of the new server the TTT will always need more staff with the increase in players.

Extra Information: (Not Required) I have been given permission to re apply by the head admins hazzenator and grumpy marshmallow.

very good player and knows the rules very very well.... I know personally that he has a lot of exp as a staff

Great guy, former staff, starting to show dedication to try again which in my opinion is a good thing he is also trusted with powers on other servers and is extremely friendly and helpful
