Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time: I'd let them know it's a skill based gamemode, and not to expect to be great starting out, it takes time. I'd direct them to google where they can find loads of videos on how to surf, if they had any mechanical questions in game or general questions I'd answer them.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming: If they were spamming, I'd ask them to stop as it's against the rules. If the user continued breaking the rules via text/mic spamming, they'd get a mute/gag.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: If someone is using an exploit I'd direct them not to do it again and make a post under the Bug Reports thread using the confidential tags so as not to spread the exploit.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): I'm having a blast on the server already, the player base for the most part follows the rules, but when they don't I'm there and I could deal with them. I can bring good ideas to the team in meetings and on the forums, help users and staff alike as well as expand the server. I know the Owner and Staff Team very well, a majority of them have come to me saying I should apply for the position as they need staff and know I can get the job done. You can expect me to be a great staff member, deal with players and help enforce server rules, as well as expand the player base and keep it clean. I have a lot of experience, and have held Head Administrator on almost all of the ZARP servers previously, even owner on BHOP.

Extra Information: (Not Required) A lot of the Surf Staff have told me I should apply, this has both boosted my liking for the server but my motivation to help it grow.
