When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?:
it would be appropriate to use the ban command if the person is for examble hacking
if the person is hacking i would perma ban him

if a person disrespects and punishment avoids around 3 or 4 times he deserves a temp ban that can last a day for examble

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?:
well i haven't experienced anything as a mod yet but i have experienced a speed hacker long ago who also disrespected and punishment avoided alot and thats where i could use the ban command

Why I should be promoted:
well as you know im a active player/staff, i know the rules and have been admin on deathrun before.
i know that i havent been mod for so long but i think i might be able to help more if i became admin if anything happens.
i know the ulx menu very well and always want to help people who need it.
and most of time im trying to be as friendly as i can but sometimes it doesnt seem like im trying
