Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time:
First, I would explain to the new player how they should not hold their forward key when they are surfing or they will just go down, and to only use the keys to go left and right, using the key closest to the ramp in order to push into it and go along. I would then explain to the player that if there are ledges (excluding the start area), then they can bhop in order to gain speed, and explain to them how to bhop using the sideways keys and facing into the direction of the key they are pushing.
Next, I would send them a link to a surfing tutorial, for example this one: (I did not make this video, I just found it on the internet to give as an example)
I would also tell the user that if they press F3, then they are able to switch their play style in order to make it easier, harder or more interesting to surf the map.
Finally, I would mention to the user that, if they haven't already, they should check the rules to ensure they do not end up breaking any.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
If someone were text / mic spamming, I would first of all ask them to stop, and tell them that if they continue then they will be muted / gagged. If they then continued, I would mute / gag them for a little while (about 1 - 3 minutes). If, after being ungagged / unmuted, they continued, then I would give them another gag / mute, this time a longer one, and also give them a warning. If it kept on going, they would just end up ticking up more warns and longer gags / muted until eventually they either stop or are removed from the server based on their number of warns.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
If someone were using an exploit on the server, I would first of all just ask them to stop, and remind them that it is against the rules to exploit. If they did not stop exploiting, I would kick them and tell them that more serious action would be taken if they continued. If they came back onto the server and continued to exploit, I would warn them and message an admin+ on steam or contact them in some other way in order to inform them of the situation so that if it continued to happen, the user could be banned for constantly exploiting.

Why I should be chosen:
I think that I should be chosen for the position as a Surf Moderator because, for a start, I am a very experienced and quite trusted member of the community, in my positions as TTT Admin, SSRP Admin, Deathrun Moderator and Teamspeak staff. I play Surf quite a lot, and my activity for this week is already quite a lot higher than the requirements in just 4 days. (Over 6 hours). On Surf, I find that quite a few people find it fun to micspam or chatspam, or just generally go against the rules, and currently there are quite few staff members, and not enough for there to be staff on for a lot of the time, so I think that I would make a good addition to the team in order to

I'd just like to point out that on my last app, part of the denial reason was that I need to "Stop AFKing", even though I have literally only ever gone AFK for more than about 5 minutes on Surf once. Any reasons that the team think I spend my time AFKing?

I'm sorry but you are so power hungry, your addiction to power is ridiculous there is no way you enjoy ever server you applied for and you used a lame excuse to get out of inactivity for weeks. I personally don't think you should be granted any additional roles until you improve you stance with your current ones noe

Again assuming, I do enjoy all the servers I apply for. I don't waste my time with things, so there is no reason for me to apply on anything that I do not enjoy or actually want to be staff on. Wasting time is something I have never done, since I care about my time, and I do not want to be using time which I can use doing other things which are actually productive and can have a positive impact on myself and the people around me. Again, don't try to call me out on things which you have no idea about and tell me what I do or do not enjoy; stay in your own business and focus on what you enjoy, not trying to tell me what I do and do not enjoy. I have my own mind and know what I enjoy, I don't need you to tell me.

I had a perfectly legitimate excuse to be AFK. Hazzenator used the same excuse despite doing less in what it was, so if you would like to bring up that on me, I suggest you go and comment on every single post where people are using perfectly valid excuses for having low activity for a while telling them that there excuses are "lame" (which is actually ableist by the way, using disabilities as an insult.)

My stances in my current roles are perfectly fine. I have not got any problems in my current roles, as I meet all of the activity requirements and do my job in a perfectly fine manner. I would advise that you don't tell me that I am not doing well in my current positions on servers which you either do not play on or haven't played on / been active on for some time. If you want to have a go at people for not doing there job or not being active or whatever, there are plenty of people with less servers to deal with than me yet have not actually been active or doing their jobs in any way, shape or form in other servers.

I have some more I would like to say on this, but I will save it for a separate post which I will make tomorrow.
