Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop:
That depends on their experience but i would most likely tell them to spectate if they don't know how i would tell them to press F2 and enable spectator mode. once spectating i show them the best i can if i can't help i'll get someone else to help or send a good bhop tutorial.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
If someone is spamming in the text chatt i would warn them if they continued i would probably warn them again if they continue i would mute them for 1 hour if they then continue i would increase the time of the mute or give them a warning. The same goes for mic spamming.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
Depending on what kind of exploit they are doing i would most likely give them a warning by kicking them if they continued even after a proper warning i would most likely ban them. If its extreme exploitation like killing everyone closing the servers and so on i'd consider that an instant ban most likely permanent

Why I should be chosen:
I love the server alot and would love to be a part of the community as a moderator i'm very active on gmod (this week i started loving gmod so yeah) If i get moderator i will probably be even more active on this server and i would love to be a part of the community.
