Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
2.1 Random Death Match - In order to kill a player, you must have a role-play-valid reason to do so. Crossfire is not an excuse to shoot someone around the area of where you're shooting/raiding .

Example 1:
Killing AFK miners for the "lulz"
Example 2:
A player kills another player because... well the player themself doesn't know. It just happened. There was no reason. Maybe they just wanted to kill someone, or they just wanted to make someone lose something. Maybe just to feel like they have accomplished something by making someone mad.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
2.2 New Life Rule - Do not return or interact with the district(See below for a District Map) of your death that you died until 3 minutes has passed. There is a timer at the top of your screen. If you died in the spawn area, leave it promptly through the nearest tunnel or AFK at spawn, you must also forget everything about your previous life and start a new one, as from its name "New Life Rule"

Example:
A player is raiding a base and accidentally throws there nitro too high. The nitro hits the roof and explodes taking a few props and the player out. the players asks his friend, whom he is raiding with, "defib me my dude", however his friend doesn't want to risk his defib as the props the player managed to destroy left a gap that the base owners could shoot through. the player respawns and ignores the "2:59" on the top of their screen and returns to the base to finish the raid

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario:
2.3 Meta gaming - In Character related information should merely be relayed (when appropriate and coincident with the other rules) through the In Character channels. This also applies vice-versa, as out of character information should not be used in character.
Examples:
(OOC)ChickenQuatro:selling guns at Burger King
(OOC)ChickenQuatro: dankarino come to the suburbs I found a base to raid
(OOC)ChickenQuatro::the nuke is top nexus

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y of RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

I would teleport to player X and ask if he has proof of being RDMed by Player Y. if player X does then I would check said proof and warn player Y or explain to player X why his evidence isn't enough or why it isn't RDM. If Player X does not have proof I'd have him explain what happened and take him to a sit with player Y and ask player Y for his reason for killing player X to see if its a valid Rp reason and whether I need to warn him or not.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y of breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

I would teleport to player X and ask if he has proof of the NLR. if player X does then I would check said proof and warn player Y or explain to player X why his evidence isn't enough (doesn't show Player Y's name). If player X doesn't I'd bring both X and Y to a roof and ask player Y what they were doing in the area and why did they kill player X. if player Y doesn't valid reason such as having a TAC or Being defibed then I would warn player Y.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I'd explain to him via chat, not to Metagame. if needed I would explain to them what Metagaming is. if they continue to metagame I'd teleport to them and verbally tell them so stop, have them do /motd and read the rules and finally tell them if they metagame again they will be warned.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words):
many times when I'm on Zarp there is little to no staff on. when there is staff on there is normally too much for one staff member to handle. other times when there is no staff on Zarp is almost unplayable. as a moderator, I would be able to help keep players Rp experience rule breaker free to the best of my ability. I am also unbiased and don't hold grudges. Not liking someone will not affect the way I handle someone's f1. if someone broke a rule it doesn't matter if there a friend or a gang member I would deal with them like anyone else. finally, I don't think the purpose of being staff is to warn everyone for every little thing. people make mistakes. for example, people break NLR without realizing it and they're not even returning to kill or role-play just to continue talking to their friends, or someone new to the server meta-games and when you tell them they have no clue what metagaming is.

Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP DarkRP! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application.

We just wanted to say Congratulations! The staff team has voted to accept your application, which means you’re now a part of the ZARP staff.

Before you get started, another admin will help train you on the server and get you setup with your new rank. There’s also a handy guide created by the community which should help you get up to speed with your new menus & commands. And don’t forget you can always ask another staff member if you’re not sure about something

ZARP DarkRP Staff Meeting – Every Saturday 7PM UTC

There’s a weekly staff meeting for the server at the above time, which is held on the ZARP Teamspeak server (IP: ts.zarpgaming.com). You now get a vote on the new staff members and we’ll keep you up to date with new events and server updates at the meeting.

Congratulations and thanks for supporting ZARP!
