Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:

So first of all on this 3 weeks i learned alot! If its about myself or about other people that i helped to. I passed obstacles that wasnt really easy , and helped the most i could. I must to say that this 3 weeks were incredibly amazing meeting more people and helping in-game or even people who asked me for help out of the game and that things made me think about how was the quality of my help to other people. I think i helped very well but i feel that i need something more for me to help even in more ways and more efficient. As mod i felt like i had some limits that didnt allow me to help how i wanted to, For example: The way to freeze people in time of need or The punishments when a person Leave to Evade Warn and i can't ban him.. Ect.. That things made me think that i could help even more with the Admin rank.


Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):

I will start with a normal obstacle that the Moderators can't handle with Alone:

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:



Before starting i want to tell you that for all this commands you can access by the TAB Menu (Except the "warn" command), (Clicking on a player) And you will see them there Like this:








As Staff Member you will see that when you press F1 it wont open you the normal report menu, it going to open the Zarp Administrative Center which is a menu that you going to use alot.
That menu looks like this:
How you can see, the menu has 4 TABS:

- You can Handle the report
- Discard as spam or abuse (If player random opening reports or abusing them)
- Copy player's information (SteamID , Reason of the report , Time)
Also you can see the Priority of the report, the Reason And who is handling it.


After you press on Handle this you will have different options on the Player who reported:

Bring and Goto commands are very similiar to the teleport commands we saw before, but the difference is:
When you bring the player he will be teleported next to you (Not where you looking like TP) And when you Goto a player it will tp you to him.
After you handled the report dont forget to mark it as finished.


If you accidentally warned someone wrong you can Unwarn him by Right clicking at the warn you gave and Unwarn (You can only unwarn people that had been warned by you!)






Now how you contact other Staffs? To contact other staff that are online you can type in chat: @ And your message Example:


Before starting to warn RuleBreakers you should meet your last menu: The Punishments Menu (F6)


This menu looks like this:


If you click on Select Player you can choose from what player you want to see the punishments for example if i choose a Name you will see something like this:

You can see: Date,Type of punishment(Warn,Jail,Voice Muted, Chat Muted, Banned&Unbanned), The Reason And the admin who gave the punishment | You can also copy any warning log by right clicking on the warning and select what you want to copy.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words):

I've been in ZARP a long time and im a very active staff. I am dedicated for the staff rank , And always try to attend meetings even if there is a problem. I want to say that i really enjoy being Moderator and it allowed me to help a lot! As i said in my Mod application i Love to help and this was an extremelly awesome opportunity to let me help people with their RP Problems or even in other things. I enjoy helping and i pass the most of my time as Mod on Duty , Watching there is no rulebreak in the server and Handling people's reports. Im really friendly and i always interact the most with the users to show them that they are not alone, And that the staff team will be always there for them if there is any problem. I think i did a good job over this time and I feel that with the admin rank i could help in better ways. I could for Example: Control the LTAP and As sometimes im the only staff online (My Timezone) to remove propblock without need of kicking. I feel that i need this to help in more Efficient ways and increase my helping in server if its Handling ban appeals or Banning if Needed. At my time as moderator i think i shown that i never use any Opportunity of my Rank to abuse in any way, And i respect and go by the way of the Staff Ethos and i also do Quack sounds(Anna loves them). I think its a great opportunity for me.
