What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting)

Ghosting is where someone who is either in spectator mode or just dead gives information to help and benefit the users alive to help them win and can be done over any platform, if its in game, or through external programs like TeamSpeak and Discord. It doesn't matter what team receives the information, if its the runners or the deaths, its still ghosting.

An example : Player x is dead and is talking to player y in game, player x tells player y that the trap he is next to is already activated or which entrance wont kill the runner, allowing player y to pass through safely making it unfair to the death

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)

Depending on how the player is acting, if its a one off it would be more a verbal warning, but if it was to carry on I would then proceed to gag him for a few rounds or even the rest of the map and maybe even warn the player depending on the severity of the situation. If none of these actions work or are ignored, a higher member of staff would have to step in and take over.

Why I should be chosen: I should be chosen to be moderator on Deathrun I my behaviour has greatly improved over the last 3 weeks as I stopped trolling and messing with others to start making friends. I am a very dedicated player with hundreds of hours within the Zarp servers. I believe I would make a great contribution to the staff team especially with the active growth of the server and with all the new players joining the server.
