My Time on TTT
I am currently the longest running Super Admin on the server and obtained my promotion on the 30th October 2016. Over this, roughly, 3 month period I have resolved disputes within the staff team, contributed new ideas and helped identify bugs and resolve permission errors. Being a Super Admin has lead me into new situations which I handled to the best of my ability in order to keep the players online happy and the staff team working to their full potential. One recent issue I resolved involved 2 staff members, who I will not name, who were having an argument in the public TTT TS channel. I took both users into a spacer, calmed them down and proceeded to find out what caused the argument to start. In this situation, I was able to resolve the issue and both users were able to continue staffing to a high quality. As a Super Admin, I have also kept the TTT server clean of hackers and mass RDMers and I dealt with these players in an efficient and professional manner. Also, I have helped other Head Admins when testing new features or looking for bugs. A recent example is where I helped a Head Admin to test and identify a bug in the autoslay system, which has now been fixed. I also helped to sort out a few permissions and auto-generated reasons for bans. I have trained many people as a Super Admin and these players have gone on to be very good staff members who do their job to a high quality.


Why Should I Be Promoted?
I believe I would be a good addition to the Head Admin team on TTT for many reasons. I have explained some of them below.


Friendly
I am a very friendly person and staff member. When a player joins the server for the first time I offer them a hand and guide them in the right direction. This helps them in many ways; it makes them feel accepted into the community and decreases the number of rulebreakers. My friendly personality also impacts on the staff team with many staff members coming and asking for help, support and or guidance on issues they are unsure on.

Dedication
TTT was the first server I joined in the ZARP community and I have played it almost everyday since. I am dedicated to assisting the community in many ways and would take the chance as Head Admin to help the TTT server even more. I will work with other Head Admins and the current owners to fix bugs and bring out new updates with accepted suggestions to keep a steady player base.

Fair
Since earning a staffing position on TTT I have made sure every punishment I give is fair and relevant to the situation. I always treat staff members and users as equal and make sure that everyone is treated fairly within the team on the server.


Why Do I Want The Promotion?
As a Head Admin I will build closer relationships with the staff team and monitor them to ensure they carry out their roles to a high standard. I will continue to regularly check up on the newly accepted staff and offer any extra support they need and/or request. As a Head Admin I will work with all ranks to build a close team and minimalise the chances of fallouts in the team. I will regularly check with staff to ensure they are confident in the choices they make and if anyone has a drop in their activity I will check with them before the meeting to find out why.
