What is Ghosting? and give an example:
Ghosting is when fx. a player that is dead is telling the code in helix ot the players that is alive or if the dead player tells the player that is alive which portal or door is safe

If a player is ghosting he needs a verbal warning first

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
if someone starts disrespecting me or other players/staffs i would first tell them to stop disrespecting and if they dont stop i have to mute/gag them and then warn them for being disrespectful.

Why I should be chosen:
Well i should be chosen because im on Deathrun much and i have been staff before and i have used the ULX menu before.
i stick to the rules and im mostly a friendly person who likes to give points away for no reason ;3 and well i have seen few break the rules while there where no staff on or if the staff was afk and i would just like to help the server alittle out.

I am glad you wanted to come back to the staff team again, Mika.

As far as I am concerned you are a trusted person to be a staff, considering the fact that you've been a staff twice before and there is no denying that you were a good staff during that time, because not only do you know most of the rules, but you have been quite active and dedicated to the server both now as well as in the past . I've seen you being nice and helping out people when the need arises so that makes you a friendly player in my eyes. Maybe it's just me but I find your sense of humour to be quite entertaining, that said it's actually a good thing to have a staff that can act rationally.

Whatever your intentions might be, I doubt I would blame you for what will happen, but you are right, maybe I shouldn't be glad "yet", because I don't know what consequences you will bring, sooooo we shall see what will happen
