My Experience as a Super Admin

As a Super Admin, I have encountered a lot of situations like disputes between other staff members, staff members reporting problems to me etc. I feel like I have made the outcome to every situation as fair as it could be and I think that I have handled all of the issues appropriately. The most valuable lesson I have learnt throughout all of my time as a staff member is that the number one priority should be that the staff team is stable and all of the staff members are friendly towards each other. For example: I have had a situation when two staff members (whose name I am not going to mention) were in a big dispute with each other to a point where they were harassing each other, one of those two reported the other guy to me and one of them was clearly in the wrong, but instead of me straight up warning one of the staff members, I dragged them both into a spacer and told them to make up and apologize to each other. After that I talked to both of them separately and talked to them about their wrong doings and warned them for their mistakes. Ever since it seems that those have been friends and have been performing great as a staff member.

I think that I am:

Fair:

I think I am fair in every situation and I always try to make the outcome of the situation as fair as possible

Trustworthy:

I am trusted with the current powers of TTT Super Admin and TeamSpeak staff. I think I am trusted throughout Zarp and I feel like I am trustworthy enough to be Head admin.

Active:

I am really active throughout zarp I am almost always on TeamSpeak and I log onto TTT everyday. I try to be as active as possible on the forums.

Interact with the community:

I am really active in the community and I talk to people everyday on TeamSpeak. I have met a lot of new people and I became friends with the staff members of other servers. On TeamSpeak I handle report abuses, warn appeals etc. but most of the time I try to resolve issues between staff members.

Absolutely amazing Super Admin on TTT and i can say that i strongly feel like you deserve this promotion, all the skills you mention are more than true and i think the HA+'s would be insane not to promote you, you've done a great load for the community and you are a role model for many other lower staff. In my opinion, Grumpy, you are great candidate for the Head Admin position. From the momment you got accepted as a Super Admin i was surprised at how you handled things and how you were speaking with other staff members. I am usually there when you handle with two staff members who are fighting, reporting each other e.t.c. and i have never seen you making a mistake. You handle everything perfectly, but you just recently became a Super Admin. That's what surprises me. Also you have really good reputation within the staff team. Which gives you a great advantage.
