How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator: Well, i have seen some stuff while i have been admin on the TTT server and all this experience i have on TTT would be good with some more commands to help me out. I feel like having maybe the Anti-Cheat command can be good. And with my acctivity on TTT and super admin on that would be great.
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want): I have alot of exeperience on the server and as i have said alot of acctivity. with me as a Super admin, i think that i could change the server.
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available: This was a long time ago. when Lilly the Donut was moderator and Liam was not a mod yet. Us 3 where catching the hacker know as Ravsy. While liam was recording and spectating him first person we where trying to trigger Ravsy. because we where 100% sure he was hacking. We caught him atlast and he was banned for hacking.
Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member: I would first of all say the typical line of ''I will be handling this'' then proceed with taking to the bad boy, ask for his/her story of things before i go on to talk to the victim of the case. A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly? I would go to the person telling them that banning someone longer then they should is not good and that they should not do it again. i would tell them to edit the ban. Everyone walks out with a smile, exept for the guy getting banned...

A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation? Help the staffmember out a little bit. noone is perfect so giving someone a little help is always a nice thing to do

A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation? First of all i would need to talk to the staff meber who is accusing And ask if him/her has proof. And if they do i would go to the bad boy and kindly ask them to stop. But if they have not got any proof i would do as following, Asking them why they think the accused one is a bad boy. If they give a bad story i would just draw the line there. but if the come up with something good then i would need to talk to the accused one and ask if following accusations are true or not. If the person says that they are not true i would just say ''Okey man'' And talk to the staff member who is accusing and say someting along these lines ''If he continues with breaking the rules just come to me and i will fix it''. But if the Bad boy will say ''yea i am a bad boy, i am braking the rules'' i would kindly tell them to stop.

A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks and argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation? i would tell him to stop being childish and stop being disrespectful and tell them that everyone in this comunity should be friendly wiht eachother and stop being toxic against eachother and i would like to hear their side of the story and i wanted know what happend and why the staff member is being disrespectful

You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member? I would say ''Eyy, i would like you to stop with that or i will need to emegency demote you man''. I don't think you can do that but if the Staff member dose not know that. well then he will prob stop.
