When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?:
- If the player gets a lot of warnings but still breaking the rules (for example he keeps being disrespectful towards other players)
- Ghosting, (for example getting knowledge of traps that are activated and which door is the trap from a dead player).
- Avoiding punishment (Leaving and joining the server just to undo the gag or mute that the player got from the staff).
- Hacking or DDosing the server.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?:
A problem where me and a couple of moderators had to deal with the server when it was almost at its full capacity where a lot of new players joined the server (higher staff can confirm). It was a matter of time until the server loses a bit of control and I couldn't do anything beside warning, gagging and muting. I feel I can make the server more manageable for players to play and have fun and for new players to know that this server is great and would have a great stay.

Why I should be promoted: (We recommend around 75 words)
Being moderator has helped me develop my skills while being staff, I've been able to deal with players accordingly and fairly. It helped me realise that I can still do more things for the server like having a vote on who really deserve to be staff (for example, if the one applying for staff have very good activity,friendly and doesn't break the rules then I should consider him/her for staff). and finally, I really think that am very active to the server and very friendly (no one heard that like a million times) and I think i can make more assistance needed for the server.
