How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
i feel like i put alot of work in to TTT and handle reports and stuff like that and me becoming a super admin will inspire me to do more as i have been given a new rank and i will do my best as a super admin.
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want):i play on the server alot and put alot of work in the server like helping other players and staff members and trolling the staff memebers sometimes but thats beside the point. I handle reports and i would like to have whats best for the server. That is why i think ill be a good super administartor and i would also like to train people
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available: there was one time where i saw a guy hacking cause he killed everyone around him without even looking and i was the only staff member on so i had to wait for a lead team member to get on so they could handle this situasion but while i waited i slayed him so he would ruin the game for al the people playing
Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member: i would first of all tell them that im handeling this report and i will first of all ask the staff member of what happend and try to get both sides of the story before i will tell them i the appeal got

A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly? so lets say someone Mass Rdm's and Ltaps and a staff memeber bans him for a week i would not unban him when i see that i will first tell the staff member the ban system and what your supposed to do when somone mass rdms and Ltaps and i will tell them to change the ban time

A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation? i will first of all see what the situation is about and if the staff member is not being able to deal with the user in an appropriate way then i will take a look at what he said and if he didnt deal with it in an appropriate way then i will tell him or her off but if he did deal with it in an appropriate way then i wont do much

A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?i would have both of the staff members tell their side off the story and i would ask the staff member that accused the other staff memeber for evidence and if he has sufficient evidence then i will verbally warn the staff memeber that broke the rules and tell him to stop breaking the rules. But if he doesnt have sufficient evidence then i will tell him to stop making accusasions wihtout any evidence

A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks and argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation? i would tell him to stop being childish and stop being disrespectful and tell them that everyone in this comunity should be friendly wiht eachother and stop being toxic against eachother and i would like to hear their side of the story and i wanted know what happend and why the staff member is being disrespectful

You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?i will first of all ask them why they did it and if they are just messing around with their friends then i will tell them to not do it to the point where you are are ruining it for the other players and not to the point where other people dont want to play and they feel as the staff members in zarp are very abusive and it will ruin our reputaion. But a little banter doesnt hurt anyone
