Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop:
If they asked for help, I would tell them to spectate me (by pressing f2) and would show them an example of a bhop. While doing this I would make sure to tell the player what keys I am pressing on my keyboard and where I am looing to on my mouse etc.
Having done this, I would recommend that they going into practise mode (by pressing f3) and give what I had told them a try. If they still struggled to bhop, I would direct them to YouTube so that they could watch some videos with more in-depth instructions on how to do it.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
I would give them one chance to stop. If they kept continuing, I would either mute or gag them, depending on whether they are mic-spamming or text-spamming.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
I would give them once chance to stop using the exploit. If they didn't stop, and continued to use it, I would kick them. Also having found the exploit I would report it to a higher rank.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
I think I should be chosen because I am fairly active on bhop almost everyday. It is an amazing gamemode, which is quite relaxing for taking a break from my admin position on ssrp and moderator position on surf, which can get sometimes get boring. I think if I was chosen as moderator, I could really help the staff steam, and the players playing on the server.

My activity isn't that great but I do and will be playing on the server frequently from now on.
