Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
In my opinion, it would be appropriate to use the ban command when a player causes Mass RDM and then he LTAP.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
"Dear Player x, thanks for appealing! I've noticed that you're sincerely sorry, therefore I'll give you a second chance. I've shortened your ban to 1 week so that you would have time to think about how bad cheating is. We do not tolerate cheaters, so if anyone catches you cheating again, you'll be banned. Permanently." Something along those lines, depends on the situation.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):.
To begin with, I consider myself to be one of the more active players around here and I'm also quite friendly towards people, and would always help those who seek it. If I was to be promoted, I'd have more presence on the server and would be able to punish the darker side of rule breakers with this shiny new ban command. I've already gotten to know most of the TTT community, and they're all ~~*cough* weird *cough*~~ awesome in their own unique way. To improve myself as a staff member, I'm usually always on teamspeak to help or just to chat with people. Cheers!
