Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
As a mod, I have seen there is no admins and I feel like becoming an admin can help me and as a moderator I have gotten used to the bhop cmds in the ULX menu. (Which needs to be fixed as it won't show up).

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
As a mod, I have encountered some people who come back to the server and breaking the rules even though I have verbally warned (and possibly kicked) them.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
I would say that firstly there is a cmd to get started. The "!menu" cmd which pulls up a ULX menu to access the commands.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I would make sure they are sorry and unban them and tell them that is their first ban and please them not to do it again.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
I should be promoted as I have experience as an admin on Deathrun and I also know that there are no admins on bhop which really surprised me. I have encountered a few problems a moderator can't handle and have been forced to take it.
