Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop:
I would ask them you spectate me if they didn't know how I would say for them to use the command !spectate. once they are spectating me I would try my best to tell them how to Bhop the basic way to the best of my ability if i was unable to help i would give them a link to a Bhop tutorial video.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
I would first ask them to stop once in voice chat and once in chat if it continues they would receive a gag using !gag for a set amount of time and after they are ungaged and it continues further punishment will be needed

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
after telling them off for using an exploit I would inform a higher member of staff and try and get the exploit fixed so that it cannot be used by anyone else.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
I believe I should be chosen because I am already Administrator on SSRP and I am very active when I can be. Bhop is one of my favourite game modes I enjoy playing it so this can show that I will be very active.
