Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
I think my time as a mod has helped some people out, I've tried my hardest to help users out when they needed me most, also my time as a mod has helped learn how to be more mature not only in the game, but in my life totally. If I get promoted, I will try my hardest becoming a great admin.
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
Probably the hardest obstacle is dealing with a user attempting to crash the server especially when I'm the only staff member on at times. I can't freeze props, ban users (kicking them is an option but they could come back and do it again), and the fact that it lags the server up. It gets me mad a lot, but I found ways to handle it.
If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:So you wanna become a ZARP Moderator? Well, here are the chat commands you MUST know in order to become a mod, DON'T ABUSE these commands or a large consequence will come your way.

Important Notice
Moderator on Duty (Labeled as Mod on Duty)
When you become this job, you can no longer be AFK or RP, you must do F1's or help others out. It is a violation of the ZARP !motd if you RP in any way!
F1 Menu
When you press F1, you no longer have a Admin assistance menu, you can see who needs assistance, who's breaking NLR, Who killed who, or who got recently warned
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
You seem apologetic and want a second chance.
Don't Prop Spam Again or face higher consequences.
Have Fun!
Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words):
I think I should be promoted because I've worked hard as my job as a moderator, and helped a lot of people out. Yeah, I made mistakes, but I've learned from them and made sure to not make them again. I've handled over 110 F1s in 2 weeks, and have helped many people out. I'm also trying to give ZARP a higher reputation and to get more people to join ZARP and have them potentially become staff members themselves. I will try to help out the community as best as I can.
Thank you for your time, look at my application, I appreciate your patience.
