What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting)

Ghosting is when a dead player uses his spectator mode for his friend’s advantage (or teammate) to ease his way to winning the round with lower difficulty. For example, on the map (helix) a dead player says the code to his team mate (or public chat) to comfort their way to victory.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)

I would (politely) ask him to stop being disrespectful in chat (or verbally if needed). If he is still disobeying the verbal warn then I proceed to warn him (gag and mute depending on what the player says in which chat) until a few rounds or in the end of the map. If the player joins back and (keeps) being disrespectful then a higher staff is needed.

Why I should be chosen: (Explain in your own words WHY we should chose you to become moderator, what makes you stand out? What are good traits about you?(The questions are examples and are NOT part of the template. (We recommend around 75 words))

I used to be a moderator in an old TTT server called prescient gaming (not sure why am mentioning it) so I would assume I have some experience with being staff. I feel like more people starting to be trolling in deathrun and I would love to (at least) make the server a bit more manageable so all players get an overall good experience and fun in our servers. In the end, I don’t want any (exaggerated) support for knowing me. If you think I lack something or I can’t be a good staff then criticism would still be accepted and to be considered.
