Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time:
First i tell the player to try entering !PR Mode and give them the bind to noclip with a key.
If the player still haves problems i tell him to spectate me and say he can join teamspeak if he/she wants to.
Then i whould show the basics of surfing to he/she and say if u need me il be here to help.
If the player still haves problems i give he/she a youtube link with a video on how to surf.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
First i will give the player a verbal warning in voice or text chat. If the player continues i gag/chat mute the player for 5 minutes and when they get unmute and continue a warn and mute/chat mute.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
First i whoud freeze them/stop them then talk to them. Then i report the exploit to a higher staff and if he got a world rec i whoud get that removed and reset to the time he had before exploiting.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
First of all im a trusted player in the community (SSRP Staff). And also i love surf, Ive been surfing for 2 years (CSGO) and know the rules. And i wanna help out the zarp community as much as i can and just not stay afk like some staff do.
Also i wanna be a resorce for surf that can help out both in the server and on forums.
