Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time:

I would first tell them to spectate me by pressing f2 and to find me and click on me until he can see what buttons i press on the screen and ill begin to show him how to surf, after teaching him if he still cant get a handle of it i would tell him to type !pr in chat which would turn him into practice mode which allows him to noclip and tell him to keep practising.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:

I would go to them and ask them to stop mic/chat spamming, if they continue to mic/chat spam i would mute or gag them.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:

I would tell them to stop using it after that i would spectate them and if they are still doing this i would kick them.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):

I should be chosen because im uselessly playing surf everyday now and im always seeing people shouting down theres mic all the time so with this role i could put it to some use also im trusted with powers within the zarp community seen as though im a SSRP Admin and also TS3 staff
