Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
Its been too long since I have been moderator to remember.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
One night when alot of staff are offline and not alot of people were online. A bunch of people going in groups were breaking rules and mass rdming. I had to warn them all to get the 1 hour ban. I did get them banned fortunately later. But it took some time. If I've been an admin at the time I could have dealt with them easilier then being a moderator.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

You have just earned the moderator rank! It must've took you some effort to get to this point, so let me help you out now that you are. I'll explain the commands you have and the other features of being a moderator.

Pressing F1 will let you see all the active F1's. If want to accept an F1 click one that you like and accept it.

The F6 button is used to find someones history of punishments. You can either use STEAM_ID or search their name.

So now the commands
If you type: /teleport [NAME] you will teleport that person to whereever you are looking at. But if you type: /teleport you yourself will teleport to the target location.
When you use the bring command you simply bring a person next to you.
Teleports you to whoever you put in the command. Usefull for whenever you want to check if someone is ready to be put into an F1
/Back teleports you to the place you were teleported from. You can insert a name if you want but if you leave it blank you'll teleport yourself. /Backspawn is exactly the same except it teleports you to spawn. These commands are usefull for whenever you round up a sit.
Will kill whoever was put inside the command. Could be usefull for punishing players for whenever you feel like its justified.
Will freeze whoever you put inside the command. They will be unable to move / take damage / do anything. Usefull for whenver you want to stop someone who is mass rdming / rulebreaking.
You'll have to go to the TAB menu to use this one. Click on the person's name and then you can unban them from a job they were demoted from.
Whenever a player breaks a rule you can either give them a warning or a verbal one. Whichone you feel justified. You'll have to keep in mind with the staff ethos for this one. I recommend to not be too harsh with these kind of punishments as some people do get really upset by it.

Last TIP: Try and do everything via the TAB menu so you know for sure you are targetting the right person.
IE: If you type: !bring jon, you could bring jon123 and jonkel etc.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hello there player X,

Propspamming can cause the server to crash which would result into people becoming quite angry. Some people even lose their stuff that they have. So propspamming is one of the worst things you can do. However, I have talked with the admin that has banned you. And we've both decided, since this is your first ban, that you'll be unbanned. But if you do this kind of stuff again you won't get off so easily.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
At the time of when I was an admin I think I did an okay job. Did a reasonable amount of F1's and cared about the community and its player base. I'm also sometimes seeing quite a delay in when an F1 is responded. So I though I could help you guys out with that too. I sometimes see people raging in OOC how admins / mods are not doing their jobs. And I know they are doing their best, however I'd like to help out to make it a better environment for the players.
