How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?:
I would move the both players to a private room and ask them to tell me their side of the story.If the accusations are true I would tell the person to stop, but if he continues to do it i would kick him and if he comes back and continues to do it i would tell a staff member that is a higher rank than me. I would tell them the exact story and ask them to ban him/her if they continue to break Terms of Use.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used
appropriately:
Kick: This feature will kick the person from the server. You would use this command if somebody was breaking the Terms of Use constantly, even after being told to take some time and read the Terms of Use or get kicked. The command should be used in this scenario.

Set Server Group: This feature will set a persons group, this is used to give people the tags for their ranks on a server. This could be used after a staff meeting if someone who was promoted/became part of the staff team was online, they could be added to the group that they are supposed to be in. This can also be used to remove old ranks if promoted or demoted, etc.

Ban:This feature is used as a last resort. This is used if a player is constantly breaking the Terms of Use and coming back after being kicked, they should be taken into a room to tell them that if they continue to break the ToU, they will be banned. If they continued to do it, it would be appropriate to ban them again (as a last resort).

Mute:This feature is used to mute someone for a certain period of time for ex~ Mic spam, Saying racial slurs, Disrespecting.

Why I should be chosen? (we recommend around 50 words):
I would be chosen for staff on TS because I try to always have TS open when i'm not too busy with school and studying, and I try to go into public channels and communicate with members of the community. Im mostly in the Lobby/AFK Room I am most likely trusted with powers since I am an Admin on SSRP. I am trying to become staff on other servers/on TS because i want to help the server and if i become Staff on TS i would try to enforce the ToU and make TS even better.
