Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
I feel that my time as staff previously has been very educative. I have learned alot, and I look forward to maybe learn even more. I would say that when I was staff I did a decent, if not actually good, job. I prioritize F1s over RP, and I also like to take some time with each individual F1 to make sure it is properly handled.

I have been staff several times, and I actually was staff for quite a long time before I resigned for the 1st time. I also do know the rules very well, and I like to refresh on them every so often.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
I remember one time from the first time I was moderator. (Back when we only had one server). There was a F1 about RDM. I brought the reporting player to me and asked what the problem was. He said he had been RDM'ed by someone. I then checked the logs and figured out who killed him. I brought player 2 to us, up on the roof we were at. They then instantly start arguing and I several times tried making them be quiet and listen to me, but to no use. Player 2 then pulled up a gun, and I as quick as possible froze him. I decided to freeze player 1 aswell in case he were to pull a gun aswell. They then keep shouting at eachother, aswell as me for doing a bad job, and I decided to mute them. This helped alot and I finished the F1 with haste.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
(( Note; this might have changed since I was staff. Also, I know this is more than 300 words, but I think that giving pretty much the full grasp is more important than it being short. After all, they should be able to put in some time to read this.))
Dear <player name>.

First of all, congratulations on becoming moderator for ZARP SSRP!
Before I get into the commands and that kind, I would like to inform you a little bit about how it is to be moderator.
In the start it is a bit hard. You may be unsure on how to handle the F1s. Take this piece of advice; ask for help from your fellow staff members. Also, rulebreakers will call you lots of bad stuff for warning them etc. After some time all these name callings etc. will just slowly fade off. You will pay less attention to it and just move on with your day! Now then, over to the juicy stuff!
With all commands, I suggest using their SteamID which can be copied from the TAB menu, or just use the TAB menu and use commands from there.

"@" or "///" in chat - This allows you to speak in the staff chat!

F1 - This is what you will be using the most. When you press "f1" on your keyboard it opens the list of all made F1s. You right click it and select "Handle". Then you can right click it again to teleport/bring the player to you, and then you can also mark it as finished. You can also access the logs from here where you can search for actions and names.

F6 - By pressing "f6" on your keyboard, you open a window where you can search for a player and find all their punishments. Bans, warnings etc.

/tp <optional player name/steamID/Steam name> - This command teleports you, if you don't input a name, to where your crosshair is pointing. I suggest binding this to a key.

/warn <player name/steamID/Steam name> <reason> - This command you will use to warn players. It is easy to use aswell. You type in the player name and the reason.

/unwarn <player name/steamID/Steam name> - Did you accidently warn the wrong person, or wrongly warned a person? Well, use this command to unwarn the latest warning! Remember to only unwarn your own warnings!

/ignite <player name/steamID/Steam name> <time in seconds> - This ignites a player for the amount of seconds you put in. (This might have been removed from Mod's kit)

/unignite <player name/steamID/Steam name> - This unignites a burning player!

/slay <player name/steamID/Steam name> <silent/rocket/explosion> - This slays a player in different ways! I personally use it to punish citizens with big guns.

/goto <player name/steamID/Steam name> - This makes you teleport to the targeted player. Do this before you bring players to a F1 sit, to check if they are available to be teleported away.

/bring <player name/steamID/Steam name> <optional player name/steamID/Steam name> - This command brings a player to you. If you put in two names, it will bring player #1 to player#2. I suggest using /tp though, as if you use /bring it will make it so /back doesn't work. ((Unless the bug has been fixed by now))

/bringspawn <player name/steamID/Steam name> - Brings the specified player to spawn.

/back <optional player name/steamID/Steam name> - If no name is specified, it will teleport you back to your previous location before teleporting or going to someone. If you use it on another player, it will happen to them. Use this to return players to their location after a F1, and to teleport yourself back to your old location.

/freeze <player name/steamID/Steam name> (optional time in seconds) - This command freezes a player so they cannot move or do anything. If they suicide they will not be able to respawn. Use this command to freeze players whom try to flee from F1s or for example are Mass RDMing. If a time is put in, they will be unfrozen after the time has ran out.

/unfreeze <player name/steamID/Steam name> - This unfreezes a player.

/kick <STEAMID> <reason> - Kicks the specified player. I wrote only steamId on this one, so you make sure you kick the right player! I suggest only kicking someone if they are propspamming and there are no admins online.

/voicemute <player name/steamID/Steam name> - This mutes a player so he can't use his voice chat. Use it to mute for example mic-spammers. Make sure to unmute them though!

/unvoicemute <player name/steamID/Steam name> - This unmutes a player so they can use their mic again!

That should be about it! Once again, congratulations on your promotion to moderator, and enjoy your stay!

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Dear <player name>.

I have taken a look at your ban appeal, and I remember that I permamently banned you for propspamming. The reason for this is because propspamming slows the server and may cause it to crash.
I can see you have taken your time to write this appeal, and I have checked your punishments. As this is your first ban I have decided with another admin to shorten your ban to 3 days. Make sure to read the rules.

-TheBrohman.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words):

I think I should be accepted as admin as I would say I have proven myself as a decent staff member during my periods as staff member. I know the rules, and over the course of the last couple of days I have read over them several times to catch up on any rule changes etc.
I also seem to be in a different timezone than most of the staff that is on S2, which will be the main server I am on, as when I am on there is either no staff online, or they are AFK because they are sleeping or something.
There is a lot of rulebreak on the server and I want to help the community by handling F1s and stopping the rulebreakers.
Another reason as to why I am applying for staff is that because entirely honestly, I really miss being staff and making the players experiences better on the server.

Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP SSRP! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application.

We just wanted to say Congratulations! The staff team has voted to accept your application, which means you’re now a part of the ZARP staff.

Before you get started, another admin will help train you on the server and get you setup with your new rank. There’s also a handy guide created by the community which should help you get up to speed with your new menus & commands. And don’t forget you can always ask another staff member if you’re not sure about something

ZARP SSRP Staff Meeting – Every Saturday 7PM UTC

There’s a weekly staff meeting for the server at the above time, which is held on the ZARP Teamspeak server (IP: ts.zarpgaming.com). You now get a vote on the new staff members and we’ll keep you up to date with new events and server updates at the meeting.

Congratulations and thanks for supporting ZARP!
