Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
When a player is hacking, I will first give a warning to the player and tell him to stop hacking, If he continues to hack, I will ban him.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?:
Because you apologized and put effort into the appeal, I will give you a second chance, but I do not want to see you cheat again on the server, as this will be the last chance you get.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
I will be very active on the server and keeping the server RDM free and server friendly. The reason why I want to be promoted is so I can do more for the server and be more helpful to the community and give something back for the joy I have on the server. Not only will I be able to do more on the server, I will also be able to do forum appeals and reports which would help other staff members so they don't have to do it as much and get something off their chest. I will be doing my best for the server and always stay positive and be sure other people also will!

You seem to be a decent Mod, but I have noticed that you do try to be a little bit controlling towards upper staff members.
You've told me before that the way that I handle things is just delaying and wasting time, despite the fact that it meant I handled the report properly rather than falsely warning and slaying users, and I have heard some things from Luan as well.
On top of that you have not been a Mod for very long, so for now it's gonna have to be a from me.
