How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?
First I would pull him in spacer so I can see what is going on. After hearing what happened, I would go to another spacer with accused to see his type of story, if he admits that he was bulling guy I would tell him to apologise. If he was bulling him seriously I would ban him for that, or if bulling wasn't so serious I would give him verbal warning for that, so if he does it again I would ban him.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used appropriately.

Kick
I would use this command if the user is Spamming, Annoying Other Players, Mic Spamming, Disrespecting etc. This is usually used after a verbal warning by the staff member.

Moving a Client to your channel.
I would use this to put me and another user into a spacer if we would need to talk privately or he is reporting something like being bullied. This would also be used to bring a player breaking the rules to a spacer to give him a punishment, Or just to talk to.

Move
This command allows you to move someone into a different channel, like if you want a person to join to in a spacer you could just drag their name or right click and use the settings menu.

Server Group
This allows you to give someone their server group, rank or remove it like if someone was accepted and they needed their badge, you would give them their rank for which server they are staff on, or if their was an resignation thread and someone wanted their badges removed you would remove them.

Non Disturbed Chat (Spacers)
This command is used to talk to a user non disturbed. Using spacers you can talk to another player or staff member about something important that you don't want everyone to know, or you just need some quite room to talk to.

Ban
This command would ban a player for a certain amount of time that is necessary depending on the punishment of a user. This can be done by right clicking the name and pressing ban. Then type in a allocated time depending on the punishment.

Why I should be chosen? (we recommend around 50 words).
So I wanted to become a teamspeak staff because sometimes there are people that joins, curses couple times and then they leave, or they just scream. I would like to stop that kind of stuff around, I'm staff on DarkRP so i'm always on teamspeak3 talking to guy that needs me for something, so when someone jumps in and starts to talk and doesn't want to leave. In that case I would want to have teamspeak staff so I can go talk private with player that needed me. I was a staff member on SA:MP server so I have bit experience with TS3.
