How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?
If someone were being bullied and they notified me of it or I was in the channel with them when the incident occurred, I would first of all poke the person who is allegedly bullying asking them to stop and not do it again if they were in fact bullying someone and then ask the victim to poke me again to tell me if they continued. If it continued, I would pull the two players aside into a room and ask the two each for their side of the story. If it did turn out that one person was bullying another, I would tell the person bullying to stop and if they did it again, I would kick them. If it then continued, I would kick them and if they rejoined and continued to bully people, I would inform higher staff of the problem and tell them exactly what was going on for them to help solve it.
Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used appropriately.
Kick Client: This feature will kick someone's client from the server. An example of appropriate use of this command would be if somebody was breaking the Terms of Use constantly, even after being given a verbal warning and advised to take some time to read the Terms of Use or they would be kicked, then the kick command should be used.
Set Server Group: This feature will set someone's "group", used to give people the required tags for their ranks on a certain server. This could be used after a staff meeting if someone who was promoted/became part of the staff team was online, they could be added to the appropriate group. This can also be used in the inverse to remove ranks (old ranks if promoted/demoted, etc.)
Ban Client: This feature is a "last resort" feature. If a player is constantly breaking the Terms of Use and coming back after being kicked, they should be poked or taken aside into a room to tell them that if they continue to break the Terms of Use, then they will be banned. If they then continued, it would be appropriate to ban them but again, only as a last resort.
Why I should be chosen?
I believe that I should be chosen as staff for Teamspeak because I am very active on Teamspeak. I almost always have Teamspeak open when I am not to busy with other things such as school, and I actively try to go into public channels and communicate with members of the community. I am trusted with powers as I am an Admin on TTT, an Admin on SSRP and a Moderator on Deathrun. I think that I would be able to help the Teamspeak staff team very well to enforce the TOU in order to make Teamspeak remain as it should be.
