How would you deal with a ban appeal on the TeamSpeak?:
First things first I will read over the appeal and Review any evidence that the person may have provided on the matter and then I will try to get into contact the Staff member that issued out the ban and double check it with the ban list to make sure that the person who banned them is the person who they have said banned them. When I am talking to them and getting their side of the story to compare the series of events to try get the scope and each member's perspective on the situation and I would be looking for information like what were the specific actions the user has done to warrant a ban and then discuss if them with Him/Her then discuss if the Staff member feels the user deserves a unban , Lowered ban time or an increased ban depending on the situation. As well as all this if on the appeal the user is reporting misconduct by the TeamSpeak staff member I will also discuss this with the staff member and any proof that the user may have provided if there is valid proof showing the clear fault or of the staff member admits then I will handle that situation as well else if the staff member denies these allegations and the user has not provided any proof then I will not be able to take any action on the abuse.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they've used
appropriately.


First I will explain the features that I already have as a TS3 Moderator and then I will explain the features that come as a team speak head admin

Kick

The kick command you can use one of tow ways, you can either kick a user from the channel or you can kick them from the server. If you kick a user from the chanell that means that the user will be taken out of the channel and put into the lobby afk room but strait after this the user can join another channel and is still on the team speak server. You can also kick them from the server and this means that they will be removed from the teamspeak server and will need to reconnect to the server in order to beable to continue using the server. These commands are used apropriately if you have talked to a user and asked them to stop rule breaking eg. disrespect and you feel that if you kick them they can learn more then from a ban so you can kick them either from the server or from the channel depending on the serverity of the offence and then if they do it again you may follow that up with a ban.

Ban

Ban is the command given to TeamSpeak staff members to deal with troubling rulebreaking users and is a command when used can disable the ability for users to join the TeamSpeak for a period of time depending on the amount of time you have specified in the ban. There are many situations where a ban can be used appropriately and or effectively but the most common reason you will need to ban some one is if some one is mass rule breaking or is causing a lot of grief on the team speak server eg. Mic spamming racist ear rape then a ban might be appropriate and you can set the ban anywhere from 1 minute to indefinitely.

Move Clients


As a Team speak staff member you can also move clients around the channels when needed, This can be to deal with a rule breaker or just to move some one into a spacer to talk privately about confidential information. There are many situations in wich this can be used appropriately but the most common reason you might use it is if there is a rule breaker on the server and you would like to talk to him/her in private about the rule break so you can move the user into a spacer and discuss the punishment.

Join Spacers and Locked Channels

You can also join spacer aswell as join locked channels, separate joining a spacer means that you can join the empty channel separate groups of relevant channels that are otherwise not used and your reason for joining the channels may vary. There are many reasons for why you might want to join a spacer or locked channel but the most common reason for joining a locked channel is to deal with a rule breaker that might be residing in this channel and there may not be people in there that can kick them out.

Give/Remove Ranks and Channel groups

Another power that team speak to staff members have is the ability to give/ remove ranks and channel groups. This means that you can give users the appropriate ranks on TeamSpeak according to the servers they are staff on or give them the relevant channel group they may need if they are a gang owner. One way these powers are used correctly is if a user joins the server and some how doesn't have the server rank for the server they are staff on then you can give them it but you need to confirm their identity before giving them the rank because you don't want to give impersonators the rank.

Edit / Move Channels

Last but not least as a Team Speak Staff Member you also get the power to edit/move channels, this power is not used much and you shouldn't need to mess with any channels but basically what it does is gives you the ability to change the description, put a password on a channel or move a channel. As mentioned before there isn't much time you may use this ability but the most common you would need to use this is to move a channel back to its original position as when you drag people you may accidently move a channel so you need to move it back.
As a Teamspeak Head Administrator, you have 2 Main new powers, The First being

Removal and Addition of Powers

As a Team Speak Moderator you cab add and remove TS3 Ranks but as A Head Administrator, this power extends to giving Team speak moderator powers. power is similar to giving ranks to user but as a Head Administrator you have the power to Give Teamspeak Powers as well as remove it, you should only be giving powers to a user who is already TeamSpeak staff and has somehow lost it whether this be in reinstalling his computer or if it is him/her logging onto a different device or even if they just got accepted as a TeamSpeak moderator, then I would need to train them and make sure they are ready and know what powers they have and how to use them efficiently to make sure they are ready and know what they are doing but you need to identify that the person receiving the rank is who they say they are and you can achieve this via various techniques because you would not like to give people ranks if you do not know that it is them .

The second power that Teamspeak Head Administrators receive is,

The Ability to handle Unban Appeals as well as Unban users and staff that is not their ban

At this point in time the only people who can handle Teamspeak Unban Appeals are Owners , Community Managers and Teamspeak Head Admins, To handle an appeal you would first need to read over the appeal and look at any evidence they may have and then once you get the scope of the situation you can then speak to the Staff Member who has banned them and discuss the ban and whether or not the user should be unbanned If however you can not come in contact and no one else can then you can make your own judgement from what is said on the Appeal . As well as just handling the appeal Teamspeak Head Admins can also unban users that are banned and they are not the banning Staff Member. Earlier in my application, I have explained how you would handle an appeal if one would come up to be handled so I feel there is no need to re-repeat what I have already explained.

What would I do differently with my new powers? (we recommend around 50 words).
As a TeamSpeak Head AdministraitorI could use a few new privileges First of all.I can start handling appeals for Teamspeak bans as At this point in the only people who can handle appeals are Owners , Community Managers and Teamspeak Head Admins since Moderators can not unban users who is not their personal Ban. as well as this I could also use this new Unban power to Un-Ban Moderators who may have mistakenly banned them selfs somehow. As well as all this , I could also Handel and abuse that I encounter or that is reported to me hand act appropriately which is either warning them and bringing them up or if they are too abusive and harsher punishments are needed until the meeting I could remove their rank. I could also add TeamSpeak ranks to moderators who might have restored their computer or logged onto a new device but I need to make sure that they do not have too many devices already with Teamspeak staff.

I am very experienced as a Teamspeak Staff member as I have been Teamspeak Staff for over 1 1/4 Year and In that year I have had to deal with. As well as this experience as a TeamSpeak Staff member I am also an experienced staff member all round as I am TTT Administrator (Staff on TTT for over 9 months), Forum Global Moderator for over 8 months and I have been SSRP Staff For long over 1 year and as of late I have been Promoted to the Head Administrator rank wich comes with big responsibilities and finally and most recent rank that I have earned is Owner of Zarp Gaming Skill Surf wich bestows great responsibilities. I also have been a CSGO 1v1 Administrator and Fp Surf Administrator but these servers are no more. The reason why this information is useful if because I can use these skills I have gained from this experience in the Teamspeak Head Administrator position to further improve my possible performance

Dedicated
I am an extremely Dedicated staff member as I am on all the time helping people out, Catching rule breakers, Giving ranks and more. With the Head Administrator rank, I could Help out as much as I am now but even more not just with the TeamSpeak users but also with some of the TeamSpeak staff that I would be responsible for. I am up for the extra dedication that is needed to be put in with this head administrator rank and I am more than capable of handling this because I have a relatively free schedule apart from school.

Hardworking
Like before I am extremely dedicated and along with this dedication comes the hard work as I put a lot of time and effort into the TeamSpeak server trying to keep it clean of rulebreakers especially with my time zone because if there are any rule breakers then I'm the only one who has the ability to deal with them.

Unique Time Zone
My timezone is a unique time zone as I am 13 Hours ahead of the GMT Timezone and I am one of if not the only team speak staff member that falls into that specific time zone wich means I'm always put to work for whatever is going on in the TeamSpeak server as I am one of the only people that are on the server at that time. So if some one needs a Team Speak Head Admins help then I can help.

I am a respected staff member in the community as can be seen not only from my ranks that I have obtained as well as how the community reacts to me in a respectful manner but I can joke and have a laugh when the time is appropriate. this also links onto my next aspect Trusted.

I am a Highly trusted member in the community as shown not just from my ranks but also the fact that various different people can rely on me to get the job at hand done when the task is set to be completed and trust in me that the expected job will be completed and to a high standard.

Helpfull
I am a very helpful person not only in all my staff positions I am very helpful in my TeamSpeak Moderator Rank and whenever someone needs a rank given to them I am more than happy to help and if there is something wrong that is not in my power I will report it to one of the owners, Team Speak Head Administrators or anyone who has the power to do so for example when Teamspeak Moderators were allowed to handle ban appeals I would need to get an owner to unban or if a staff member has banned their account somehow I had to contact an owner to get them unbanned.
