How would you handle a TS3 appeal?:
How i would handle a TS3 appeal would be in the same way and manner as used in any of the zarp's servers.
First i would start with contacting the staff member who had banned the player, I would then proceed to ask the staff members side of the story.
I would ask the staff member how they feel about the persons appeal, and the come to a decision together, weather the player is deemed another chance.
Responses to an appeal
Accepted:
After speaking with the staff member who has banned you, we have decided to accept your appeal.
I highly advice you update your self on the TOU/Rules of the teamspeak, to prevent any further issues to arise.
Denied:
After speaking with the staff member who has banned you, we have decided to deny this application, this is a result in, not telling the full truth in your application.
In future please tell the full truth in your application and apologized for your actions.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used
appropriately:
Set Server Group:
This option allows you to set a server group of a user, for example, you are able to set new TeamSpeak staff, or set the ranks of players for server ranks such as DarkRP admin, or DeathRun SuperAdmin.
This option can also be used to remove a person server group, for example, a player has resigned from their current positions, this option allows you to remove the corresponding ranks from that player.
Manage Teamspeak bans.
TeamSpeak Head Admin has the ability to handle Ban appeals, this means, they are granted permission to unban players banned by other staff.
Unbanning other staff bans, is used when an Appeal is accepted.
What would I do different with my new powers? (we recommend around 50 words):
With these powers it allows me to help out the community in a larger way, the powers will allow me to also help out other staff members, weather that is with training them for TeamSpeak staff, or handling any issues they may have.
I often have had people asking me about training, when they will get it, who will it be ETC, these powers will allow me to train them, to allow the staff team and administration of the server to grow.
I'm dedicated to teamspeak, i enjoy logging on, and talking to people, the zarp teamspeak can change my mood, if i've been having a bad day, with the support of the current players, i personally want to give back, to the people who have given me support.
