How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?: Firstly I would take each of them to a separate room to get them to explain each of there stories. If the person in question is in fact purposely bullying the guy then I would inform him that this kind of behaviour is not tolerated on here, if he apologises then I would give him a verbal warning. If he doesn't apologies and shows no intent to listen then I would ban the person in question temporally. In some circumstances people do not realise what they have said and so by talking with each of them privately and getting them to understand how they are affecting the person is an optional approach.
Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used
appropriately:
Kick from server - if a person is being inappropriate or if he is mic spamming and not listening then you can kick them from the server. You can kick do a lower version of a kick which is to kick them from the channel which you could instead class as the verbal warning
Ban - If an individual decided to be disrespectful, racist, mic spams and continuous to break these rules then he will be temporary banned from ts depending on how sivir the circumstance.
Move - If a player is in need of assistance or needs to be talked to about a situation you can move them into a private channel where they can be helped
Mute/talk power -This can be used where there is a large group of people in a meeting or a team speak event. If an individual is mic spamming and has had a warning already then he can be revoked talk powers.
Set Group - When a person has been promoted to a member of staff on one of the servers you can provide them with the appropriate group tag for there rank.
Why I should be chosen? (we recommend around 50 words):
I am an trusted member of staff as I've been an admin on ssrp for well over 8 months. This is not including the past 2 years where I was a moderator 3 times and an admin 2 times. I'm a very friendly and dedicated individual who knows the rules and wants to help the community. I'm on team speak regularly, I know how to handle situations in a calm and orderly fashion. I do not like bullies and do not tolerate disrespectful behaviour. By becoming team speak staff I would be able to help out the community by solving problems in a more effiient manner both in ssrp and team speak
