What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting)
Ghosting is giving information when you are dead like where the death is or what door to go through. Example - Micky is dead and he tells me what door to go though so i dont die. This is ghosting.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)
If someone was being disrespectful towards another player i would tell them to stop and dont do it again or i will mute you (verbal warn them) and if they kept on doing it i would mute/gag them and unmute them in 5 minutes but if they kept being disrespectful i would warn them for Disrespect.

I think as Deathrun moderator i can help out new players or just players asking questions i think i stand out from the other people applying is because im a nice and helpful person im always looking at chat and answering questions. I can be immature at time but most of the time im pretty mature.
