You won't be banning anyone as a mod. Also first RDM offense isn't a ban, and you haven't asked for proof.

I can help with new ideas for any new kinds of servers/gamemodes, but more than that, I have noticed a lack of people on the teamspeak, with my past experience of being a moderator, I am very good with teamspeak and could help out alot with it, and also with the website and I know basic website editing/creation. I am a very kind person and I treat everyone equally with respect that they deserve, I never let anything that people do to me ingame affect how I treat them

New ideas can be made without moderator rank. You didn't explain how to solve the teamspeak problem, and I doubt you can as you are a new member. We've got perfectly fine admins on teamspeak who are there daily. Basic website editing/creation will probably not be used unless because we'd be teaching you more than you would actually be contributing. We've also got enough kind and respectful people on the community, so it doesn't really make you unique.

An admin is not going to watch over you in-game. I wish they did. But the current quality of control is very low. Thus the reason of all the demote requests. You should already know the rules as a PLAYER. This worries me. You shouldn't need to hear about the punishments of power abuse of you're not planning on doing it.

I've seen apps with more information in less big blocks of text.

You seem like a under-average applicant to me.
