When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?:
The ban command is only appropriate for example if one of the following happens;
• Confirmed for Hacking.
• Mass rule breaking: This being that the user has been warned for multiple rule breakings and still hasn’t learnt their lesson and still continues.
• A player has been confirmed to have “Ddosed” the server and is currently on the server at the time.
• Someone threatening the server (Such as threatening to ddos/hack the server while being serious)
• Someone threatening players/staff after having previous warnings
• Someone who is trying to constantly dodge a punishment such as being gagged/muted by leaving and re-joining, short ban time for this.

Obviously there is much more but here is a few major ones that I have pointed out.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?:
A situation I’ve had to work around would be where I’ve either been on early/late and no admins are online due to the time ect. I’ve had to deal with the situation by giving the rule breaker a warning and gagging/muting them until a staff member has joined and dealt with it further. By being promoted to Admin I have access to a lot more commands in which wouldn’t require me to contact admins to ban a user if needed. I see a lot of rule breakers while I’m on early and late so this would take care of the situations quicker and stop me interrupting admins and above if they’re busy.

Why I should be promoted: (We recommend around 75 words)
I believe I should be promoted as I’m a friendly, extremely active and trusted player within the community. With currently being moderator which has helped me stop many rule breakers and giving me that experience. As stated on my moderator application, I have a vast amount of experience within being staff and knowing what the commands do/used for which is very helpful. I’m always on the server, never abusing and trying help anyone without fail, I try my best and want to help Deathrun to get popular and be greater!

I don't see any reason to deny pitt.
He's one of the best mods so far and is very dedicated to the server

Pitt is one dedicated staff member that always knows what he is doing. Every time I hop onto the deathrun server I see him helping out doing his job. His application looks well detailed. In my eyes I see Pitt has the potential to become a future super admin.
