What is Ghosting? and give an example: Ghosting is when a player gives information about the game while in spectator mode. An example of this would be when a player is spectating the Death, they tell the Runner if the Death is at a trap or not.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: I'd simply tell them to not be disrespectful against other players or staff members. If they continue to be disrespectful, I would mute/gag them.

Why I should be chosen: I have wasted 2000 hours of my life playing Garry's Mod, more importantly the gamemode Deathrun. I have been a staff member on not only numerous Deathrun servers, but also Jailbreak, TTT, Bhop and Prop Hunt servers over the time I've been playing Garry's Mod. I haven't been able to find a good Deathrun server ever since the regular servers I played on were shut down, but after trying many different Deathrun servers, I really enjoy the Deathrun server on ZarpGaming, more importantly how amazing it's community is. I know I haven't got too much hours on the server, but I plan on increasing those hours, whether I'm accepted as staff or not.
