What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting) Ghosting is when sombody of the other team say to the other what thing is good or not or the one is spectator and the other runner and says to the runner wich path he has to go.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)
Mute or gag her or him, warn him or her, if he or she dont listen kick, if he or she come back and does it again ask other staff to help if he or she stops i ungag, unmute him or her.

I love this server since i played on it and i rlly like to help with problems i hate it when people do not listen to rules so i rlly want to apply as moderator so i can help on zarp, i have seen a lot of people do ther job as moderator and i know all the rules.
