What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting) Ghosting can be displayed in different ways, it can happen in skype/teamspeak/discord or even in game. It is when you get a friend to spectate you and give information that shouldn't be told about the traps etc. Example: If a person was in a skype call with their friend and there was a trap where you had to choose between two doors to go through. One of the doors could kill you, your friend is able to see which button has been pressed by spectating the death. This way the runner can go through the right door.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.) I would start of by explaining to him that if he disrespects a staff member or another player on the server, it can get you warned and that enough warnings could get you banned. I would also say that also saying stuff like that may offend the other person. Then i would go on to explain that he should not do it again and if he does they will get warned.

Why I should be chosen: (Explain in your own words WHY we should chose you to become moderator, what makes you stand out? What are good traits about you? (The questions are examples and are NOT part of the template. (We recommend around 75 words) I believe I should be chosen because i have had experience in being staff on other servers. I get along well with a lot of the people on the server. A good trait about me is that I am on GMod nearly every day. I want to help out the server in by punishing the rule-breakers. I have spread the server to many of my friends and they all gave good comments.
