Bhop Related
Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop:
First i would tell him how to strafe with the A and D keys also the mouse, (i would spectate him doing that)
and if he did not understand i would send him a tutorial on how to B-hop (on Gmod).

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
If someone was mic/text spamming i would first tell them to stop and if they did not i would mute/gage the player
for a period of time and if they carried on i would mute/gage the player the hole map period,
if they were still text/mic spamming (witch i highly doubt) i would kick or ban the player with permission
if a higher admin is on that is.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
FIrst i would tell them that exploits are not aloud on the server
if he does it again, i would him one more chance to stop, also i would tell the player that that its unfair
on the other player (aimware.net has most exploits for bhop and speed hacks) once again if he does it again
(witch is highly unlickely but possible), i would get his steam id (just incase if he/she leaves) and tell a higher admin+ to ban the player.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
I think i should be chosen as a moderator because i have a lot of game time also i have experience being an admin
doing a great job on those servers, i also enjoy this game mode, i love catching exploiters in the act most of time i am on
people are always beeing rude to others and breaking rules adding to that i am on almost every day!
i am not rude to other players, i like to help the new people on the server, and most of all i am just a nice person
and i think i could help alot.
To sum it up i think i could help the B-hop community alot and do my best!

Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP BHOP! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application.
