When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?
Would be appropriate to use it when players do the following:

Mass Rulebreak
(constantly breaking rules) ban lenght would depend on what rule's that was broken.

Avoiding punishment
Leaving the server to avoid punishment(s). Ban length: 2 days if the rulebreak is minor.

Death threats
1 week

Hacking
Permanent ban would be appropriate, if the player refuses to turn it off.

DDos threats
Permanent ban would be issued as I take DDoS Threats extremely seriously.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?
As a moderator you don't have alot of commands, the admin commands would make it alot easier, not just for me but other players on the server. I've encountered plenty situations when I was a mod where using the ban command would be appropriate punishment.

Why I should be promoted (Give at least 75 words)
I have alot of experience when it comes to staffing, as I was a deathrun admin twice. I am trusted with powers and would never abuse them to get an advantage ingame. I pretty much already know all the commands as I still remember them from when I was a staff, and I know when it's appropriate to use all of them. I'm extremly friendly ingame and know how to deal with rulebreaks accordingly.
