Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin: My time as moderator was great, I had some issues with players trying to demote me for thing I didn't do. At beginning I warned a wrong guy once for not using his steam id, after that happened, I called Clarky to move his warning, and I warned a wright guy, ever since then I'm using steam ID so it doesn't happened again. Once I came on zarp 3 so i could mine but instead of that i had to do a lot of f1's by myself, and it was really hard to deal with massive RDMers because I can only warn, freeze, or kick them, so I had to warn him for RDM, but he was still doing it, so I froze him for 5 min but after it he was still doing it, so I decided to kick, after kick he didn't came back. In some cases i'm fine with moderator, because I know admin has a lot of jobs to do on servers, but after some f1s you really want admin, so you can ban people, or jail them for massive rule braking.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
Like I said before, guy massive rdmed so I could only kick him for that after I warned him. I talked to him about what he have done, but he just didn't care for it. And that's only 1 thing that happened, there was also couple more stuff like massive prop spam, but in that case admin came to handle it after briefly time. Sometimes I want to solve it by myself, but it is really hard to do it without proper commands to do it.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
So I would check with other admins, that have a bit more experience with baning people then me (every admin lol) so I would ask them to help me a bit. If they can't help me much, I would unban him if it was his 1st ban. After he joins the game, I would talk to him about what he have done. After our talk I would let him go what he wants to do but I wouldn't let him go all by himself, i would go invisible and follow him for some time so I i'm 100% sure that I made a good decision, If he played normal without rule braking I would leave him alone. But if he had done something again like proppushing or propspam i would ban him again and in that case I wouldn't unban him.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words):
I really want to get promoted to admin so I can do f1s more efficient and faster. Sometimes when I want to scout someone all I can do is to follow him, and if I had admin i could do that much easier. I know staff is something that will help server to make it better, a trusted guy. Before I was moderator I was helping staffs to do f1s by reporting rule brakers, with some pictures and videos. Like I said before I had some issues with player, they tried to demote me from my position, because im bad moderator, ever since then I started to record, and screenshot all I do on server. I had a case when new player got on server for the 1st time, I tried to raid him andclimbed over his props without using keypads or anything, because a base was full of holes and props one on top each and he tried to demote me for that, I explained to him situation but he didn't want to listen to me. Now when I'm moderator I learned more then enough how this server works. I'm playing on this server since 3 years, and I had some "months off" and thats the reason that I got denied from moderator, now after 3 years I tried to get it and I got it. I always wanted to be admin on this server, because all I play is zarp and league of legends. If I had admin I would do f1s much more faster, and thats what I want, because sometimes F1 can take so long because I can't do it without admin next to me, so players just say is fine so he can go play normal. I have a good amount of time playing on zarp, after I got moderator my activity bumped like crazy. I think I'm trusted guy and that I know all rules so why not to try to be an admin.
