I've been on SSRP for almost 3 years now with pauses - 1200+ hours (on all 3 servers combined)

Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.

Its been rough time i must admit, but also fun and exciting, it's been tricky to catch rule breakers as an moderator, and i feel like it would be much easier with admin powers, with phys gun freeze and much more, but also am having lots of fun and i really enjoyed the last meeting, that's something that i can experience more as an staff member on zarp that i really like, but i've learned lots as moderator, and realised its not easy to handle the responsibility of being a staff member, but i learn more
every day, and it got much easier now,i feel really ready for the higher rank.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).

I had trouble with freezing the player when they have a name like tons of others, and i need to search for them in the tab for steam id, with almost full server, it makes me a bit slow and i know the phys gun would make that just much easier, but i managed to find him in the tab and freeze him to stop the rulebreak, even tho i took a bit longer than expected, its also tricky when someone is just trying to get himself banned, killing staff member on a sit and just asking for a ban, i had to warn him 4 times because after 3 times he got kicked and just came back and went back to his mass rdm streak.

if you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Command list :


/warn [Name] or [Steam ID] - and REASON. You can warn people to using that. If he gets 3 warns, he will get kicked. If he gets 4 warns, he will get a banned for 1 hour.

/goto [Name] or [Steam ID] - You can go players to using that.

/tp [Name] or [Steam ID] - You can teleport players to using that.

/back [Name] or [Steam ID] - You can teleport back players to using that.

/freeze [Name] or [Steam ID] - You can freeze players to using that.

/unfreeze [Name] or [Steam ID] - If one player is frozen, you can unfreeze player to using that.

/slay [Name] or [Steam ID] - You can slay players to using that or you can use tab menu to slay.

/kick [Name] or [Steam ID] - You can kick rulebreakers to using that.[ If he get 3 warns, he will get kick automaticly.]

[Admin Chat] You can use admin chat to write /// [Message] or @ [Message]

[F1 Menu] You can enter the f1 menu by pressing f1 by default. in the f1 menu you can see the f1 requests,logs,warrnings, players recent warrnings, kills, arrests, job changes, and active nlrs

[F6 Menu] You can check players warns, bans, jails and slays.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I would try to get in contact with the staff member who banned him, i would like to hear his side of the story, and also see what he thinks about all this, so if he is okay with unbanning him or lower the punishment, then ill unban him or lower the ban to few weeks depending on what he did, But i would keep an eye on him when he comes back to the ssrp, and well it would be better for that player just to follow the rules since he got the second chance.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).

Why should i be promoted, well i have been a mod before also, and ill be honest its a bit rough without the admin tools/powers as i explained earlier, i have also been an ssrp player for almost 3 years, but yet for some reason i have never applied for the admin, but i am hoping to get accepted and help the ssrp have a great christmas again without rulebreakers, and with this new powers i think i can increase my f1's even better and stop the rulebreakers, i've dealt with many immature and trolling players before, and i've learned how to deal with them in a calm and rational manner without losing my patience, cheers and merry xmas!
