What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting)
Ghosting is bascially when a dead player/specator gives important information to the alive players that could change the outcome of the round.

My example: On the map egypt there is Red and Green platforms. The deaths get the option to choose which platform that can dissapear/break when they jump on it. A dead player/spectator can tell the alive runners which platform to jump on.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)
I would tell the direspecting player that he should stop disrespecting, if he keeps going, that person will get a warning for disrespecting and get gagged/muted for the rest of the map.

I think i'm pretty dedicated to Deathrun, I was an Ex-Admin, so I feel like i'm trusted with the staff powers. I'm a pretty friendly guy, I know how to deal with all of the situations on the Deathrun server. I have also been staff on various of other servers including Bhop and SSRP, meaning that I will know what to do when a rulebreak occurs.
