Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
Random Death Match, Or as most people call it RDM. Is when a player/players kills one or more players without a reason. Let's say Player X goes to the gas station and shoots Player Z and Y, But he wasn't a cop and either of them shot Player X. That means Player X Had no reason to shoot Player Z and Y that means it count's as RDM.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
New Life Rule or as most people call it NLR. This is when a person gets killed he/she gets a timer of 3 minutes the district/zone he/she got killed. If a player goes back before the time is over he/she can get reported for breaking New Life Rule. If he/she gets reported Admins/mods can check the logs if it is true or not. Let's say Player X Gets mugged by Player Y, but does not give the money to Player Y and get's killed. After Player X respawn's, he runs straigt back to the same zone with a gun in hope of killing Player Y. Player X comes back to where he got killed and sees and shoots him (Witch also is attempted RDM) Player Y, Player Y Shoot's and kill's Player X then he calls staff with f1. Staff can clearly see that Player X ran straight back and then gives him a warn and tells him to read the rules in !motd. Thats NLR

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario:
Metagaming is when you use Out Of Character chat to talk about RP situations. Let's say Player X writes in ooc chat "Ey Player Y lets meet at the bank to raid? Ok?" Instead of using OOC he could've have used /pm or found him ingame.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
Firstly i would bring both players in to a sit. Then i would ask Player X to tell his side of the story. Then i would ask Player Y to tell his side. If both stories are completely different. I will say to both players that in the logs it says different than Player X said in the first place. Then i would ask Player X If he lied to me. If he says Yes i would warn Player X For lying and RDMing, but since Player X was honest and said he lied i will warn him in one warn. But if he says that he did not lie to me. I would say i have logs of him doing it and warn him for RDM and lying to staff. I warn him once. And warn him verbal if he does the same thing im gonna warn him for that.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time. If this happens i would take Player X to a roof and listen to his side of the story and then bring Player Y and ask him if he killed Player X If he says yes i would ask him if he knows what NLR is if he says no i would explain him what it is. Then i would warn Player Y and bring all the players back.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would teleport the player to a roof and talk to him if this happens multiple times. If it happens once i would say in ooc that he is Metagaming and he should do the command !motd.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words):
I have been Super Admin on Global RP. So that means i have a good experience because i worked my way up to Super Admin and have been staff for quite some time on another server. I play pretty often but i have changed names often on steam so u cant really see my game time but i have played gmod for 930 hours around 80% of that is DarkRP. I also think i never have been banned on Zarp aswell and im always trying to be nice to all people on the server. If i get mod i wil be online at least 2 hours a day and try to do as many f1's as posible. Thx For reading
