Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command: Temporary Bans Such as a week ban et.c can be issued by a admin if a Person has gained multiple active warnings. Or If Someone Is Found Doing Such Things As Hacking Or DDOSing et.c. But Its A Admins Decision To Do a ban and they have to follow the Staff Ethos.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I Would Say That They Did Wrong. And That They Should Never Cheat. their Appeal Was Good. But That They Need To Learn That Zarp Has No Tolerance For Hackers/Cheaters. And that after some time. That we might give them a second chance. but if they are found cheating again then they will be banned. And they cannot appeal. So the time they are banned then can learn from their mistake.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words) I Should Be Promoted Because I Have Been Active For a Whole week now And have worked very hard, And i know pretty much what i need to know to becoma admin. I Might not be as prepared, but i will learn from my mistakes and becoming admin Is a big step for me, i will get more work (which for me is awesome) and people can rely on me a bit more. I Know whats coming and what my responsibilities are. And i will certainly do my best as Admin.
