Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario. Random Death Match, most people call it RDM. That's when somebody starts killing without any reason. You could explain RDM as someone starting a Random Death Match without you accepting it. Let's say Player X was walking around in the street, and he saw Player Y, Player Y sees Player X approaching him with a gun, he starts shooting. And Player Y got killed by Player X This is an example scenario for RDM.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario. New Life Rule, most people call it NLR. This is when a person is killed/dies, then he gets an NLR zone. this zone is for preventing him to go back when he's killed during a raid, admins and I think mods, can see where you have NLR zones, the NLR time, and if you're breaking NLR or not. Now here's the scenario : Player Y has a base, and Player X is attempting to raid it. Player X lockpicks the front door, and uses a milkor to break through the next layers of security, when he has broken them down, he goes in. There are 2 doors, behind one is an empty room, and behind the other one is Player Y with a gun out trying to protect his printers. Player X Lockpicks the door where the printers are, he kills Player Y. But Player Y Is new to zarp and darkrp, and doesn't know about nlr, so he goes straight back to his base before NLR is over. Player X Reports this to the staff using F1, and a staff member warns Player Y for NLR. The staff member also explains some simple rules and tells Player Y To read the rules by typing "!motd".

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario. Metagaming, probably the most confusing rule for new players, it took me a while to understand. Metagaming is when you use Out Of Character chat to communicate abour rp situations. Now here's the scenario : Player X Types in OOC to his friend "Hey dude, come to the bank so we can raid it together" This is called metagaming. Instead of typing this in OOC, he could've sent him a pm, by doing /pm [in game name] or /pm [SteamID].

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
If I was a staff member in this situation, I would Player X to a roof, and hear his side of the story, then I would bring Player Y to the roof, and ask him if he killed Player X if he says "no", I have enough proof, because in the logs it said he did. So he would be lying to staff. But if he said "yes, I killed him" then I would tell Player X What Player Y had told me, and ask if this was true.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
In this situation I would bring Player X To a roof, to get his side of the story first since he made the f1, after that I would bring Player Y to the roof, and ask if this was true. If he said "no, this isn't true, sir." I would show him how many times he was killed, and how many lines it was apart, and the time between deaths. I would tell him "Please don't lie to staff again, and follow the rules, I will warn you for NLR." Then I would thank Player X For reporting to staff.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would probably teleport to him and tell him that he is metagaming, and ask if he knew what metagaming was. I won't be so strict about metagaming only if they do it once, maybe I wouldn't teleport and tell in OOC instead. I would tell him to read !motd and not do it again.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).
I think I should be chosen since I have moderator experience, I don't think I'll have recent warns next meeting, I've been banned before, learned alot after that ban, I've had a moderator application that has been denied because of warnings, so I know how strict and serious you are. I will be online everyday 1hour+, I will do as many f1s as I can daily, I will be serious, I will help people who need help, I think I know the community alot better now, so that's why I am making a new moderator application, I know the most ulx commands, how to handle troublemakers, I do sits fast and easy, I can tell when people are lying in sits very easily, and I also know most of the rules. I am online on s2 and s1 daily, not that often on s3. I have decent gametime, but good understanding of the rules, and experience as moderator and admin from earlier. I know maybe most of you don't know who I am, but I assure you I will get more know, and I am looking forward to meeting all of you, help you and learn from you, and teach you.

I am looking forward to Saturday, and getting to know if I get accepted or not
