Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.

I was a Moderator for about 3 weeks before i applied for Admin. My time as a Moderator was tough, I had to spend time using tab menu to freeze people, I had complaints that I couldn't handle properly, situations were difficult and such. It was rough but i fought and I succeeded!

I had a lot of support on my Moderator application & Admin application!

After that i applied for Admin and I was trusted with my powers.
Many lead team members trusted me with my powers as a Moderator/Admin and I was really happy to see that. When I got Admin i helped many people more, I handled reports, appeals and such on the forums and it was really fun. I was in touch with most people and I got really friendly to everyone. After 1/2 months I resigned from my rank on SSRP and kept playing.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
I'm pretty sure there were a base on server 2. I was basing on server 2 And a person drug bombed my stuff and printers worth a lot of money. After that, I joined server 1 and i saw him on the server. I spoke to him and apparently it's allowed. A Superadmin and a Owner + Admins said it's allowed. But when i asked a Head Admin, he said it's not allowed. I never figured out if it was allowed or not. That was a kind of an obstacle to me.


If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Congratulations of getting accepted as a Moderator here on Semi-Serious Roleplay! I am going to teach you a few needed things you need to know as a Moderator!

As a Moderator, you need to get in touch with the current staff members
As a Moderator, you can,
Kick players, Mute chat of people, Unban players from jobs, Freeze players, Slay people, Voice mute people, Teleport, Goto, Bring and Back.
F1 - Checks the Recent warns of people, the players F1's and all the Loggings.
F6 - Checks the punishments of specific players.

Want to apply for Administrator after a while? That's a perfect move!
You need to have a good total of F1's handled, you need trust aswell!
Trust is one of the things you need as a staff member. You also have to make sure you know the rules and make sure you follow them so you don't get accepted reports!

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words)

I should be promoted because, as a Moderator. It was really hard for me. Since I did play and currently playing late at night,
Being a Moderator at that time is really hard. Since I mostly can't ban people, jail them or what so ever. It's really hard. I can only mute them and people don't really care about warnings. They'll be punished after a while but it'll take time. I used to be a Admin on SSRP and I enjoyed it, until i lost interest and stopped being serious. I stopped breaking rules and i'm on my way to earn trust back. I'm trying to get in touch with old staff and I've started reporting people.
Being an Admin will help a lot and it'll be nice to be back on track

this was not a report on you its just a clip I remembered that one of my old gang mates recorded of not mainly you but the hacker at the end. Don't warn him for this I don't have proof of steam ID
