Give an example in ghosting part
If he is disrespectful you can tell him to stop and after gag/mute him and warn him. If he continues kick him or call an admin.
I think you can write more at "why you" part
In game you are sometimes disrespecting people, ghosting, plz read the rules again and remember this beacuse if this week you stop I'll change my verdict to a :neutralsp:

but for now it's a :minussp:

And it's not because banana don't trust you that you won't be a good moderator.
So edit your app and follow the rules for maybe a :plussp:

I never said i dont trust him. Everyone could be a good mod/admin/sa/ha/owner. But its what he wants it to be. As he doesnt realy care.
