Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:

My time as a Moderator was good. I try to help out users as much as I can. I love surfing even though I'm shite at it . I applied for Moderator 2 weeks ago and got accepted. I think If I was Admin I'll be able to handle situation much better.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around:

Well I haven't encountered a situation like this yet but I have as a user. When I was a user there was a other user mic spamming and also advertising other servers. I called Para on but the guy stopped after but he again started to Play Music down to Mic so he was muted. I'm not too sure but I think he was later banned. Again If I was an Administrator I would be able to handle these situations myself.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Hello! Congratulations on being accepted as a Surf Moderator!

I'm going to bring you through the commands we have here for the server and explain them in full detail!

The First Command is !menu

So when you do !menu it brings up a box on your screen and on the left you can see the commands now I will run you through them and explain them.

!gag/ulx gag/unmute

So gag command is basically voice muting a user. This command should only be used if a user is Mic Spamming or Disrespecting.

!mute/ulx mute/unmute

So !mute/ulx mute is muting the players permission to type again mute is only used if a player is disrespecting or spamming the chat or even advertising.

!Slay/ulx slay

So !slay/ulx slay will kill the player who you select this command should not be used for fun or messing around with people. It should only be used when a player is exploiting on the map.

!Kick/ulx kick

So !kick/ulx kick is used as a verbal warning like If a player is rule breaking you can kick them from the server. This should only be used when needed.

!warn

!Warn is a command to punish a player for his actions for example continuing to Mic Spam , Advertise . breaking rules or even Exploiting.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be:

Hello Player x , Thanks for appealing your ban.
I have spoken to the Administrator who banned you for cheating/hacking on the server.
As you probably know Cheating/Hacking is a very serious matter on the server.

So I spoken to the Administrator and He explained the full situation about your ban. First He caught you using your hacks and when he questioned you about it you lied about it. If you were truthful the first time you would of been warned for it and asked to turn them off.

We have decided to give you another chance and Accept your appeal. You will be un-banned and also we do appericate if you were to read over the Rules on the server.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):

I think I should be promoted because I love playing surf. I will also trying helping out more around the surf community suggesting maps for the server If I can. I am also trusted with powers as I am a SSRP Administrator , TS3 Staff and also Surf Moderator of coarse. I try to be active on surf everyday but I mostly get stuck on SSRP because it gets crazy at times and staff are needed in that situation. I will also be able to handling situations on Surf if things go crazy and there are hackers on their for some reason , I will be able to handle them easier and more efficient. As a Administrator on Surf I will also be able to help users and other staff as well and also handle Unban appeals on the forums really well.
