How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?
It would depend on the situation
Situation 1: A user would poke me or contact me on steam if he/she is getting bullied/harrased, i would move the user into a spacer and we would speak about the situation asap as we want people to feel comfortable and safe using your teamspeak server. I would then move the reported user and the victim into a spacer and we would speak about the situation, as proof is hard to get as recording is disallowed unless if someone is clearly breaking rules, I would hold a conversation between both and attempt to solve the situation and have them both talk to each other both sides about the situation. Most times it would resolve the situation with a talk to, but if the bullying would continue after warnings i would be left with no choice but to issue a ban and in most situations the user would realise their mistake and improve

Situation 2: Im sitting in a channel and can clearly hear user X bullying user Y with disrespectful comments, I would move user X into a spacer and talk to X giving him a warning. If the user X continues i would issue a Kick of the server, most situations should resolve with a kick but if the user X continues with a disruptive behaviour i would again move him into a spacer to inform him he would be issued a ban and hopefully X would realise what he had done

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used
appropriately.

Teamspeak 3 has a lot of administrative tools staff can use in order to manage the server and help players out in most situations

Move: You have the power to drag an user into a channel or spacer by holding their name using your left mouse and drag it into a channel/spacer, This is useful when and if you need to speak to a user privately about an occurring situation they or facing of if they have general question need discution

Mute: The mute command gives you the power to mute other users mic to the public incase of them mic spamming etc

Kick: there are two types of kicks, Kick client from Channel and Kick client off server, these should be used incase of a user micspamming trolling during the meetings and if someone is harassing a user by ex. following him/her around different channel

Ban: The ban power gives you the tool to dissallow an user to join the teamspeak server for the amount of time you decided should be fit, following with a valid reason, which should be a las resort if a user has not stopped their actions by mutes/kicks/verbalwarns etc. For an example a user is being disrespectful and bullying a certain user with disrespectful and insulting remarks, if they continue their dirsuptive behaviour after other punishments mentioned above, the user would receive a ban.

Set server group: You can set a users server group by right clicking on their names and then choosing the option to Set server group. A list of ranks would pop up and you could add or remove a rank to a user. Mostly used by Staff training a user to their new staff duties and giving them a appropriate rank or if someone would resign you could remove their server group
Delete user avatar: You will have the power to delete a users avatar if it would be offensive or inapropriate

Why I should be chosen? (we recommend around 50 words).
I love to speak to random people and have a nice singalong in the karaoke room, this often leads me into meeting new and awesome people across all different teamspeak channel
i like to move a bit talking with friends and sometimes with people i don’t know as its fun to meet new people and have banter with, I enjoy Zarp community as a whole as its full with great and neyojable people to have a conversation with
if i would get the chance to help people with issues incase anyone would be bullied, personally i haven’t seen much bullying as most people i speak with are amazing people, but i would love the opportunity to help people out when needed,

Activity:
I’m on teamspeak everytime I’m on my pc with would be every other day to everyday and hour or 2, sometimes even longer. I used to mostly hang around the Example gang channel but recently I’ve enjoyed moving around meeting new people
Trust: Currently i hold the position of SSRP Admin with I’ve had for a while and enjoy helping people out in any situation i can
Dedication: I have been playing garrys mod since i got it in 2013 and have since then been playing on a lot of different communities but have never really found one that i have decided to stay in, until i found Zarp. I am so glad to have found such a great community and meeting a lot of good friend to speak/play with and to have the opportunity of being staff and learning how to moderate servers and help players with potential issues as well which i see as a big part of the position
