[How would you deal with somebody who is being bullied on TS3?]: If I was in a chat room separate to the person being bullied and they poked me saying something like "Can you move me/can I talk to you/I'm being bullied" then I would move them to me and ask what's up? If they told me they were being bullied then I would ask who, once they tell me the name I would pull that person into the spacer along with the victim so would could sort everything out and get an apology out of the person who was bulling. After verbally warning the bully by saying if this continues you will be kicked or simply saying please do not do this again, if they continued to do it I would them kic them.
[Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used appropriately]:
[Give rank]: After a TS3 meeting has taken place, some appeals may have been accepted and this command would grant the person TS3 staff and if you were a Head Admin you could also grant that too. To give a rank, you right-click on someones name and click
'Set Server Group' which will then add them to the chosen group.
[Remove rank]: After the TS3 meeting, some staff members may have been demoted due to things such as abuse, inactivity etc. To remove their rank you can right click and then select
'Set Server Group' then unclick the staff rank that they had.
[Kick Client]: I would only use this command as a second to last resort as it is a pretty big thing. If somebody were to break the TOU then I would move them to a spacer and verbally warn them not to do it again. I would then move then back into the room the were originally in, if I hear that they haven't changed and are still breaking the TOU then I would right-click their name, select kick and then type in the reason which would be breaking TOU.
[Ban Client]: This is a command which I would use only as a
last resort. If somebody had joined the server after being kicked by me or any other staff member then I would move them into a spacer and simply tell them why they were kicked and this is their last warning before they get banned, then I would move them back into their room that they were in before the kick (unless of course they were bulling someone in there then I would just move them to the AFK section). If they continue breaking the TOU then I would right-click their name and select Ban, then I would type in the reason and the length of the ban.
[Move Client]: If somebody needed a talking to about breaking the TOU then I would click their name and drag it into a free spacer to tell them off or to verbally warn them. I would also use this command if somebody had something they wanted to say to me, possibly an issue they had with another player or a ZARP server in general.
[Why I should be chosen. (we recommend around 50 words).]: During my time with ZARP every since I became TTT staff I have been on TS3 almost everyday I have been on and I can be trusted with the rank as I am a TTT Admin and have been a staff member for about a month and a week from the day of writing this, through this time I have gotten to know some many other staff members and even some outside of TTT. I have been on TS3 and sometimes they have been people who have broken the TOU but they normally do it when I am in game, for example, I was a T one round and somebody joined my chat room playing 'Hey now, you're a rockstar' down their mic at full blast and I couldn't her myself think nor could I hear my T buddies and we lost the round because of it, unfortunately the person left the chat room before I had a chance to poke a staff member about them and their name so unfortunately nothing was done about it, I was not in the music room either. Quite recently I have also been in rooms where people I have never seen before join the server and join my room saying racist things such as the N word and discriminating Jewish people, once again I have no had enough time to tell a staff member about this but if I was a staff member I could have put a stop to this quickly and easily. I feel as I am already trusted to hold a Admin rank for TTT, I can be trusted to hold the TS3 position as well and I know that I can be a great addition to the TS3 staff team.
